FOUNDER

Néstor Alfredo Rivero Busto, Spanish citizen of Argentine origin, began his career development at the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in his hometown and capital city of Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. In December 1975, he emigrated to Spain and, after having resided in Yugoslavia, Italy and France -among other European countries- he decided to return to the capital of Spain where he resumed his studies at the School of Law of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1985 and obtained his BA in Law. He completed his professional training in Law at the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica, Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAE-ICADE in Madrid and specialised in Immigration Law, Asylum and Political Refugees Rights at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid. On 27th of April 1998, the Ministry of Culture and Education in Argentina has validated his Spanish qualification as equivalent to a Degree in Law in that country.

Formed by Lawyers with thorough knowledge of the regulation and procedural reality of Spanish Immigration Law, the Professional Team has permanent control of each case assigned and deals with expatriates and their companies with responsibility, reliability and sensitivity.
